Host Agent and Assets

Host Agent data enriches Assets / CMDB with detailed endpoint inventory. Records are matched to existing assets when possible (typically by MAC address or hostname rules configured for your tenant).

After you approve an agent, Monozu Cloud receives periodic snapshots containing:

  • Hostname and FQDN
  • Operating system and version
  • CPU, memory, and disk summary
  • Network interfaces and MAC addresses
  • Installed software list

Fields visible in the asset detail page depend on your tenant version and asset type.

  2. Open the asset and confirm Site, Zone, and Criticality.
  3. Resolve duplicates: merge or decommission stale records per your change process.
  4. Link the asset to incidents, changes, or vulnerabilities as usual.
